As your online personal trainer, I will design a personalised lifestyle, nutrition and training program to help you achieve your goals; accountability, fat loss, muscle gain, general health, male and female physique, athlete preparation or athletic performance.

  • Initial consultation (30 minutes)

  • Daily/weekly check-ins (as suitable for the client) to track progress and results.

  • Lifestyle Assessment - plan/protocols/advice.

  • Nutrition plan/protocols, advice and education. A tailored MACRO/nutrition/plan/diet suited to your lifestyle, current body composition and goals.

  • Training Program designed around your goals needs & lifestyle: Full Access To Trainerize Training Portal which has all your sessions/exercises listed along with videos of each exercise prescribed and detailed notes. Here we will track your exercise progress, photo check ins, weight, steps and other key metrics.

  • 24/7 Ongoing Support – via WhatsApp with me.

  • Free access to Allegra Support Group via facebook / whastapp

  • New training program every 8 weeks

  • This includes adjustments to your program made accordingly or as required for continuous progress.

  • Train anywhere from 2 - 7 days per week at home, at a gym or outdoors.
